Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We only package and ship the healthiest plants to our customers, and all of our plant orders arrive with the proper care instructions. We ask that you follow the recommended care instructions before considering a product unsatisfactory.

Due to the perishable nature of these items, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion.
